KHASIAT APRICOT

Sekarang tanggal 08 Agustus 2010, jam menunjukan pukul 22.44 jam didinding rumahku hehehe. Yah masih bingung gw mau buat artikel apa hari ini. Yah udah deh tanpa panjang lebar ya gw mau nulis konten tentang “apa sih khasiat apricot” nah buat yang ngga tahu manfaat dari buah ini ngga usah kemana-mana deh cukup diam dan duduk yang manis (meskipun ngga diam juga ngga apa-apa, bacanya sambil joget juga ga apa-apa hehehe) semoga bermanfaat.
Apricot, hmm… mungkin buah yang satu ini agak asing ditelinga kalian. Hayoo…!! Siapa yang pernah makan apricot angkat tangan hehehe, Alhamdulillah gw pernah makan buah yang satu ini (ya-iyalah kerjanya ditoko buah) buah yang satu ini rasanya manis asam cuy!! (asamnya banyak manisnya dikit) apricot dalam bahasa latinnya disebut plum Armenia. Buah yang bentuknya agak bulat, berwarna orange kekuningan sedikit rona merah muda dan berbulu halus ini ternyata mengandung khasiat yang cukup tinggia
Menurut hasil riset, apricot mengandung carotenoids yang tinggi. Malah kandungannya paling tinggi diantara buah-buah lain carotenoids. (naon atuh carotenoids) yah, gitu aja ngga tahu..!! emang apa’an sih carotenoids?? Bentar ya tak browsing dahulu hehehe.
Carotenoids adalah antioksidan yang membantu pencegahan serangan jantung. (ohh.. jadi cuma itu) ngga cuma itu cuy,.,.!! carotenoids juga mengurangi level kolesterol jahat dalam tubuh dan melindungi tubuh dari kemungkinan penyakit kanker ganas.
Apricot berfungsi untuk menjaga kesehatan antara lain memperkuat system respirasi. Ngga Cuma itu buah yang satu ini juga berkhasiat untuk mengurangi batuk dan asthma. Namun bagi kalian-kalian yang gemar menyantap buah ini sebaiknya berhati-hati pada bagian ujung bijinya, karena bagian ujung bijinya terdapat sejumlah konsentrat unsur kimia yang mengakibatkan ketidak seimbangan dalam proses tubuh. Untuk dapat mengambil manfaat baik dari buah ini anda bisa membuang bagian ujungnya dan jangan makan lebih dari 5 buah dalam satu hari.
Apricot digunakan sebagai obat-obatan tradisional yaitu sebagai pereda sakit diare atau konstipasi karena kandungan fiber yang cukup tinggi. Apricot ternyata juga mempunyai fungsi lain yaitu membantu regenerasi cairan tubuh, detoksifikasi dan penawar dahaga yang manjur. Dinegara inggris minyak apricot digunakan untuk obat pelawan tumor.
